walking..a good exercise*

I take a walk for 25mins everyday as my exercise now...Spring is here so tha weather is getting better and warm..though sometimes a lil coldy outside so I need more clothes to wear to protect my baby..

Tha things I really hate in Spring is, (especially when I walk outside) is tha pollen came form tha tree. We knoe Spring is tha season which flower has starts to bloom like tha Cherry Blossom.. Thats why I had that allergies and cause of more sneezing..

Anna on cooking!

I got an idea through a friend on how to prepare Tuna and Spinach Sauce for Pasta..I got tha recipe and ingredients on how to made it...
But, as I dont have tha complete ingredients now, and I'm craving for that pasta, I try to make tha tuna and spinach sauce for my own ingriedients..

Heres tha Ingredients*

• olive oil
• garlic (minced)
• onion (chopped fine)
• fresh tomato (diced)
• canned tuna drained (packed in water or oil)
• red wine
• salt and pepper to taste
• spinach (shreded)

Heat olive oil then saute garlic, onion until transparent ..Add tomato, salt and pepper and simmer for 5mins. Meanwhile, bring tha pasta to boil..Lastly add the drained tuna, 1tbsp. red wine and simmer for another 5 mins.

Prepare tha Pasta (spaghetti type) and put tha sauce on the top and sprinkle over tha shreded spinach..Serve! YUMMYYYY!!

Yesterday before i go to sleep around 2am i guess, i felt a different move of tha baby inside meeh.. its really different compare to tha other day...maybe is this tha signal of tha baby start to kick??! i dont think so, i dont really knoe how is it kick so strong and powerful??! or maybe SoyMilk is tha reason why? hihihi but im so complete and soo happy that theres a life inside meeh...

And by tha way, i want to share that Kazu feels his lil ones move laz March 17 lol when he got home galing sa work...He put his hand on my tummy and nagulat sya that tha baby punch me daw hihihi..

final fantasyXII omatsuri..

Today is tha BIG Day! (for tha people whos addicted to games only lol)

Yesterday, Me, Kazu and Satoshi kun went to different mallz, game centers, game shopz to find Final Fantasy XII, though tomorrow is tha releasing of that software..but sometimes different game shops release it quickly so we try to find out that shop coz Kazu is sooo excited and he juz cant hide it to buy that game! ahahhaha

While were waiting for tha time,,Tha two bugoys played some games...

fetal movement*

I cant really remember the first date, but I guess itz February 25 or 26 either and exactly my 16weekz when I feel tha *first movement of my lil one*....It feels lyk a *popcorn popping* inside ur tummy and stops for atleast 5 times long, *not really continously*.
But this time, I can feel tha movement often times now...sometimes I'm juz sitting or lying down quietly and tha baby begins to move, and I smile and talk to him/her..and for meeh that was soo cute and touchable..its tha Gift of God! And that thing makes Kazu feels jealousy coz when his turn to feel tha babys movement, its stop! lol dont worry Beehbeeh you can feel it soon anytime now when tha baby is start KICKING!　楽しみに

Pregnancy..

Im 17weekz 7dayz today and my 4th visit at my obgyne...

I saw my lil one again moving inside and got my first video tape recorded ung ultrasound ko...(and i hurriedly watched the video when i got home lol) ok sumtime i will upload here pra maishare ko sa inyo...

Ok naman ang result ng check-up ko..Theres nothing to worry about my sleeping probs as long as im always in tha house, khit 6 hours of sleep is good and a lil more sleep in tha aftrnoon is much better...bsta best thing na dapat kong tandaan is dont eat too much as in MUCH coz my ob gonna spank meeh if i gettin big like an elephant! lol and avoid sweets is most important... but tha doctor told meeh im slim/skinny nmn so khit kumain ng kumain is ok but un nga not too much...

And I asked tha doctor kung malalaman na ang gender ng baby in 17weekz,,and he lookz tha ultrasound and find tha organ of tha baby and said,,he's not sure about tha gender but he thinkz Itz a........ok thatz surprise lol
